In 1978, Nob Hill Catering, parent company of The LunchMaster program, began offering high quality catering services to Bay Area clients.
In 1990, as two-income families became the norm, founders Ted and Marie Giouzelis recognized the need for a strong school lunch program. As parents of two children top-notch food service professionals, they knew they could provide a better alternative than the fat-and-sugar-laden menus served at local schools.
The LunchMaster was born.
Word about this great program spread quickly among parents, schools, and enthusiastic kids. The LunchMaster blossomed into a program that remains the #1 choice of anyone seeking consistently healthy, delicious food for their children.
