Students have high nutrient requirements and need to be fueled throughout the day so they can focus, learn, and be physically active. Thanks to the help of our Registered Dietitians, we’ve created the perfect combination of meals that are nutritious and delicious. They ensure that our meals are rich in nutritional content and meet strict standards. ✓ We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as allergy-free menu options
✓ Fresh fruits and vegetables are offered every day
✓ We hand select our fruits and vegetables from local family farmers 
✓ More than 80% of our produce is local
✓ Organic produce is offered based on market availability
✓ We make fruits and vegetables appetizing for children
✓ All of our grains (breads, tortillas, rice, etc.) are whole grain
✓ Meals are low in fat and saturated fat, and contain no artificial trans fat
✓ We strive to serve meat that is raised without antibiotics and nitrite-free
✓ Detailed menu descriptions and nutrition information is given for each meal
✓ The LunchMaster is a peanut-free facility
✓ We do not serve fried food. Even our french fries are oven-baked!
